is delta sig really on the rise.

Coming from New Jersey where greek life is non existent, I'm not too sure about anything. Reading from the reviews is Delta Sig on the rise?

They had a good, relevant round up and have ups/downs in guys, but it's house is the best among the low ones

Delta Sig nearly died 4-5 years ago , last year they took 20-25 pledges. They are up to 60 or so members.
Upside - a decent house
Downside- member quality is low, Weak social calendar. Look at Pi Kapp or maybe the mid tiers first.

Everything said I agree with, although I don't think that means you should avoid it and go to it last as a back up. Give it a try, cause something must be good to attract some guys in the first place

They need a solid pc. Like 30-40 guys to get on the radar but they're ok
