It depends why you were cut..... grades and you have improved.... probably okay. Cut after IWT - them maybe okay....Just about anything else, most have the once cut rule.

Some Alabama hag got bored of her own school's drama and wants to bring her know-it-all to Texas. It's what they call their first round, but she's dumb enough to out herself as someone unfamiliar with UT rush.

Here, once cut always cut applies even to cuts for grades and cuts after first round.
