tri delta
by: wanna know
OK, so I'm looking to rush DDD. I know they've taken PACE girls in the past.
My question-
I don't have a family member in DDD to pull me in like other PACE girls have. How hard is it rush DDD as a PACE girl without a big connection?

Tri Delta has certainly dropped.
They use to take some Memorial girls but now tend to take suburban girls and girls from rural areas that are really attractive (not nearly as attractive as Zeta, though) but just kinda unsophisticated.
And yeah, I know several that are PACE girls and CAP girls mixed in but shoutout to girls that end up at UT one way or the other. There is no shame in that. At least they aren't ACC kids (that I know of), unlike some frats on campus.

You need to present your best self to all the chapters at UT. That bethat being said, tri Delta is your best bet to get into a sorority as a PACE student.
I believe they have three right now. I know one for sure who was PACE is a freshman is from rural Texas and is even dating a Silver Spur now,

its still a top house. Just because they accept students who are in cap and pace doesn't mean all cap and pace PNMs are on DDD's radar. If you are a double legacy or have connections its a possibility but even they would still need to want you over hundreds on other PNMs.

Some of you ladies really need to rethink your values. No one is more uncouth than a woman who thinks she is better than anyone because of where she is from or how wealthy her parents are. The country/suburban girls in big six houses are often the most impressive both academically and socially because they didn't have any status to ride on to get them in. I can assure you that anyone as rude, judgemental, and utterly classless as the women in this thread have shown themselves to be only went big six because of who their parents are. If this was based upon who you truly are, you all would have been released first round.

Actually, sounds like she's really interested in a particular house (what a novel approach!), so uh, yeah, she can "rush Tri Delta". The issue is, why would she want to?
Lots of country girls who were pace or acc as freshman have really taken them down. Chi O, on the other hand, is more prestigious.
Tri Delta seems like a solid big 6 house from the outside but really, once you get to know the actives, you see they are really kind of unimpressive and a little red necky.
