phi psi
by: MagicDoes anyone have any opinions of Phi psi and do you think they'll rise in rankings now that they have their new house ? Do sororities like mixing with them? Would it be better to take a bid from a more respected frat?

Having been to parties at all 3 of those houses, Phi Psi is definitely my favorite. I always feel safe with them and their new house + clean bathrooms is a plus too lol. Pike is also pretty good, just need better housing. ATO is my least fave, guys get pretty aggressive and their punch is sketch. All 3 are decent houses though, go wherever you fit in the most.

It'll happen, but not overnight. A house is not going to change the people in the chapter, but they'll start getting better quality guys with it. I can see them competing with KA and Delt in a couple of years, but they're not anywhere close now. If you care that much more about the prestige, then I'd go with another frat with a bigger name, and if you care more about the people an you like their actives then go for it.

It's a continuam. The above poster isn't quite right.Phi Psi is going to get better , the question is , how much.
No doubt Phi Psi gets up to ATO , Pike level. The above poster I sent right however, that Phi Psi ha she to get wealthier, sharper guys to rise further. Don't know about that happening.
