Sounds like something one of the desperate bottom tier sororities made up to try to make them seem better than the other bottoms. Oh, we're not the top of the bottom, we're the ninth best sorority! We're number nine! We're number nine! Woo!

Not to make this about sororities but the top 9 chapters are totally respectable. Get into any of those 9 and you will be in good company.

I've never heard of the "top 9". If anything, I'd say AEPhi would be in the top 9 over DG. Also, Sig Virgin Ep has been objectively better than kappa sig the last couple years. If anything, ZBT would be the closest fraternity you could argue is better than Sig Virgin Ep (other than Fiji/SAE)

oh, I dunno. I'm just taking a wild guess but thinking "top 9" just might mean one of the top 9 chapters at UT....but, who knows??!
