SAE/SigEp/Fiji/KSig
who is better and why or what makes each of them different. Don't bring up money because all of them have it.

Fiji/SAE - have been top tier forever. They are not new to the game and have everything figured out. HP, Memorial, AHHS, all boys schools. Cool guys with money and can come off as arrogant to girls that do not run in their social circles.
KSig - The kids from the same high schools as above but the young life type. Good Christians that come from good families.
SigEp - These guys know how to have a good time. Throw some of the best parties on campus. Aren't as "old money" as the 3 listed above, but they are all still very wealthy. Also tend to make good grades. Great group

1930s or actually late 20s continuously makes Sig Ep one of the oldest fraternities that have been here continuously. SAE actually wasn't really top tier at least in the late 80s until ATO, Phi Delt and Kappa Sig fell.

Fiji is top house for sure, followed by SAE close behind. Fiji has fun, great looking guys that are alot more friendly and welcoming than SAE. SAE is very clicky and somewhat douchey. They are both very popular but go with Fiji for sure.

not true. SAE guys are warm and friendly. Very down-to-earth. They reach out to everyone. Fiji members are nice as well. Kappa Sigs are welcoming and Sig Eps are the partiers.

You nailed it. SAE/FIJI/KSIG are all three "old money" and are old chapters at UT. SIGEP is "new money" and emerged at UT considerably late - in the 30s I believe. Floundered until five years ago.
