What is the status of the KA v. Omicron lawsuit? Are the brothers going to continue to stay in the house and recruit?

I believe Omicron is here to stay. They officially own the house now, so nationals can't do anything about it.

Is a crappy national. There isn't a single school where they're the top chapter. Not even in the sec and not even at their founding school at w&l. Phi delt and sae prevail there.

and yes KA is lossing their promient grip they had at Washington and Lee, a sign of things to come for the rest of their chapters?

is arguably the top chapter at one or two SEC schools and is top tier all over the South including a lot of the SEC, but weak most everywhere else. I'm not a KA, but to act like they aren't a good fraternity in the South is totally inaccurate. They are prominent among the Southern powerhouses, and even if they aren't the top chapter at all those schools, it doesn't diminish how many strong Southern chapters they have.

Schools b8tch. They may be top tier but they're not #1 in any school worth listing. Not at ole miss, not at bama, not at UGA. SAE all the way

Funny you mention those schools and then say SAE all the way. Of the 3, SAE is only top house at Georgia maybe, with KA being number 2. DKE is number one at Bama undisputedly, and KA is arguably the top house at Ole Miss with a toss up between them and Sigma Nu (since SX got suspended there). SAE is very middle tier at Ole Miss from what I hear. KA is kind of sucky at Bama these days, but all and all, having top 3 chapter at Georgia, Ole Miss and LSU is pretty damned solid. I'm not a member, but I certainly respect them.

What idiocy. Take a look around the GR site and in the SEC and other top frat schools KA consistently ranks near the top, UGA, Ole MIss, LSU, A&M, Bama...even a a large number of 2nd level schools.. Tx State, Clemson, and others. No one is perfect everywhere..even SAE has its crap chapters.

Bet the Omicrons merge with a mid tier fraternity maybe ATO'S or PKA's would take them in. Bet KA recolonizes in 2-3 years survives but won't be top tier for a long time if ever
