phi psi vs ka

I'm thinking of rushing and was wondering if someone could help me decide between KA and Phi Psi.

KA is so much better socially than Phi Psi is right now - maybe in 10 years they will be on the same level but not now. Phi Psi may have a better house but the girls who hang out with them are completely different with KA pulling top and middle tier vs Phi psi pulling more lower tier.
