sigma chi vs. kappa sig

Sigma Chi was competing with Phi Psi/Phi Delt/Pi Kapp for pledges as recently as 2010-2011, whereas KSig has been a firm top 4 house since and before then. The machis want you to think their quick ascension to the top of the middle tier means they're obviously going to jump KSig any day now but really all they have going for them are expensive parties and lots of freshman girls who show up to them. Plus their house is literally a motel.

Don't see SX going much further without better housing.

Was just thinking the same for Kappa Sig. Sigma Chi's a Motel 6 but the Kappa Sig new build is not much better. New but far from the mansions of some of the others. They built a DORM to match their already built Lodge. Dorms, come on, who wants to live in dorms and walk outside to go over and eat in a Girl Scout Lodge?

Sigma Chi: More attractive, pulls a lot more/hotter girls, throws great parties. Have risen rapidly these past 4-5 years to be at the top of the upper mid with Kappa Sig.

Kappa Sig: Cooler, wealthier guys. Not very attractive and don't pull girls at the same level as sigma chi. Hadn't thrown a party in over a year until the end of this year. Dropped from top tier to upper mid and surpassed by ZBT these past two years. Will probably rise to top tier at the level of Sig Ep/ZBT next year once they get better PC's and start throwing parties again. Whether they stay at 5 or reclaim their former spot at 4 depends on how good their PC/parties are next year

Machi is redoing their back area and the roach motel will be completely torn down & redone
