parties?

I'm a PNM and I was reading about UT's recruitment on greek chat and noticed a conversation about 3 different parties that happen during rush. Dance party, glitter party, and piggyback party. Can someone explain what these are and which sororities do them? The thread I was reading was from 2015 so I'm not sure if it happens anymore.

Had to quit because even the sure thing girl didn't like it and wanted to pledge elsewhere. They are old and out dated.
