PhiDelt cant have a fall2017 pledge. So they are gonna take a BIG hit.

Which one would be better to join> PhiDelt or PiKapp

ask the brothers. The university will lift their recruitment ban in the end of fall 2017 semester. Im pretty sure all the signed ones or rushees that waited spring 2016 to join PhiDelt will all drop.
