by: wcdo yourself a favor and don't join a lower tier frat. rather than getting a brotherhood, you're signing yourself up for a t shirt collecting club. if they're not ifc or don't have a house, then they likely fall under this category.

Only join them if you want a very different experience from the other houses. Don't even try and say they're similar because they aren't. They're not necessarily bad, just different, it's just about what you want from your Greek experience. Joining SAE would be different from joining machi, but both those houses are going to be farrrrrrr different then joining a smaller growing fraternity

You realize those are all IFC and all of them except Beta and Delta Upsilon will have a house next year right
