theta chi

They're very small and quite new, but I'd say relative to most of the other very small fraternities they have potential. They have some cool guys I think, and unlike other really small fraternities like TKE, Sigma Pi, Zeta Psi, and Chi Phi they participated in Anchor Splash. Not sure they have a house.

I'd say give them a year or two and see how they're doing. I think from what I've seen that they've got potential, they are newer and aren't bogged down with a lot of the baggage and issues that are sinking and shrinking a lot of the others of similar size.

are the same as those fraternities. Eventually (in the short-term meaning a few years max), time will kill them off.
