No one in this thread knows what you're talking about. You can apply to spurs by submitting an application. They'll have a "meet and greet" once a semester, usually towards the beginning, which is your chance to meet and network with actives. Then you'll do an interview a few days later.
That being said, spurs is a pretty insular group and fraternities are so concerned about being represented that it's almost always the case that you won't get in unless someone from your fraternity already in spurs "puts you up," or vouches for you. They will bring in non-affiliated members, but those spots are in the minority and at least half of them go to spirit groups like Tejas, Wranglers, etc. The remaining few are typically for well connected GDIs and important people on campus (athletes, student government, etc.) You're welcome to try and apply but your odds are slim if you don't meet the criteria above.

If you arent in a fraternity or an athlete you have super super slim chances. And those chances only exist if you are somehow on of the handful of extraordinarily involved individuals at UT.
