pi phi chapter transfer

I'm currently a Pi Phi at TCU and I'm thinking about transferring to UT next fall as a junior. Could I have problems transferring into the new chapter because they are a top house?

Pi phi at TCU is decent. They will go you a look. No guarantee though.
