Whats better UT fiji sae and sig ep or OU fiji beta and lambda? I don't know why ou houses are so much bigger than UT.

Cuz houses is OU are built in worthless land. UT is downtown Austin. Fiji's lot is worth at least 10 times more than fiji at OU. As far as reputation, it is hard to compare them. Fiji's house at Texas is worth at least $12 million. I doubt the one at OU even hits $8 million.

yeah those 3 ou chapters have a lot nice houses than UT fraternities but their academics suck and its probably cheaper to build houses there.

My brother is a OU Beta and that house is out of this world, beats any house I have ever been to, but the land in Norman is dirt cheap.
