I AM an ADPi here at Texas! Let me fill in some of the gaps here.
-No, we don't get all of the (what some sororities consider) "top girls", but we do get many. And we don't single them out from other girls. They are all treated the same.
-We love, praise and spoil our Legacies rotten :) We love them and want ALL of them here. Family ties are important to us.
-ADPi embraces the fact that we are a unique, diverse group of women. We even call our actives "Deltas", the symbol for change, because we know that college is a time to grow up and become the person you want to be.
-We are not in financial trouble. I'm not actually sure were this tidbit of information started. We have had a large pledge class the last few years because we there are so many beautiful, amazing girls coming through rush.
-Out national chapter is strong, too. Again, not sure where this came from. As the oldest surviving chapter of the first sorority, we are intimately tied to Nationals and we can tell you first hand- we'll be here for years to come!
Also, if you want to rank all the sororities against each other, thats fine! All the "Big 6" sororities have some nice ladies, but I encourage EVERYONE rushing to really use the way rush is set up to your advantage! Many sororities consider us "middle tier" and that is fine as long as we don't miss some absolutely perfect Deltas!

Several womens groups have died at UT including, Gamma Phi Beta 1922-1988, Alpha Gamma Delta 1941-1973, 1986-1997, Alpha Omicron Pi 1942-1972 and Phi Mu 1913-1965 and Delta Phi Epsilon 1934-1990. I'd have to say that as much as UT has grown and changed, that any group still on campus is pretty solid and well established.
I think a lot of the talk about tiers is subjective at best, how are we rating. By social status, return rates, grades (which are out now by the way), sisterhood etc. All I know is everyone made quota and sororities share more similarities than differences at UT.

Nice try above. You're just trying to take the focus off of Kappa. Who wants to bet KKG can go 2 years in a row without a single snap bid? I know I know they did not snap bid "this//that year", whatever. In general, however, it happens. When a group over-estimates itself and gets cut happy, well.....................
