EVERY house has something to offer. Not every girl in the world is meant to be or would fit in at Chi-O, Zeta or KD. That is why there is choice and why the girls go through the process in the first place. Many girls go through and are surprised that "mid tier" or "lower tier" houses release them. This is UT and most houses here are off the charts compared to an upper/mid tier and most other Texas universities.

but I don't think SDT is on the same level as anyone yet, they don't have a house and only something like 60 members. I'd put AEPhi, KD and AZD at about the same level, with KD in the front of the other two by a bit.

but who would expect anything else? I know a lot of girls who cut houses like ChiO and Pi Phi day one, so to say anything is everyone's last choice is ridiculous. Keep positively representing our Greek system there!

Not one house at UT has 100% return rate. There will always be a girl that doesn't like a house for specific reason. (a boyfriend's ex, a girl she hated in high school, etc) With that said return rates is the very 90's are common for the 7 of those houses, and mid 90's for the other two.
