with 20+ fraternities I'll just list the "great 8" which are top and the middles
Top (same line means it's just down to individual preference)
SAE FIJI
SIG EP ZBT
KSIG KA SIGMA CHI DELT

Middle
PHI PSI (phi psi is soon to be top with their new house)
PIKE ATO

Phi psi still has hella weirdos. They're bottom of middle until they start getting better pledge classes. A house alone can't save them. I would put pi kapp a full space below Sammy and phi delt, maybe even bottom tier. Not well known and they have crappy mixers

dont decide based on standings, go based off the guys you meet. If you rush a top frat and hate everyone in your pledge class whats the point?

Put KA in middle tier and Delt lower than Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi
