Depends on who's under scrutiny that year and every pledgeship is different but the top 8 fraternities all pretty much have hard pledgeships

Sigep talks tough but it is all just fake news and PR. They have one of the softest pledging processes.

Sig Ep's problem stem from not having a pledgeship. These guys don't have to earn it therefore their brotherhood is not as good. They are kind of girly, not as bad as Beta, but close. It takes a special guy to want to be a Sig Ep.

Membership in Sigma Phi Epsilon is a right, not a privilege. This right comes with high expectations. Brothers are expected to participate in the chapter experience to improve themselves, their chapter, their campus and their community.
