fraternity
by: Next yearI have just decided to attend UT next fall in the engineering program. I am interested in where I should live to have the best social experience. I want to live where fun, social guys will be. I am also trying to decide about rush. I would really like to have the fraternity experience, but I am concerned about making high enough grades to get into the engineering program I want.

If you like weed and liberal alcohol policy with little supervision and don't mind subpar food and rats/mice, Towers is for you
Calloway is the place to be for most of your inevitable freshman pregames with Castilian being a far second
Nicest of the three is Calloway but Castilian is 1000x better than Towers

What about grades? Is it possible to get good grades in a good fraternity? i can balance my time fine if I am allowed to do that. Concerned about mandatory driving at the last minute with no warning before tests, etc. Does that happen here and are some fraternities worse than others?
