DU's are all UT students, no ACC. They seem to be volunteering for good causes around Austin. Good guys!

DU will be in IFC next fall. They have a house on Leon Street. They have around sixty five members.
They need to pick up 20-25 new member this summer.

Not sure what your tricking rushees and spamming greekrank comment is about, but I am sure any current rushee that is smart enough to get into UT will make a decision based on the group of guys he meets, not on any comments made on this site. Also not sure if DU is IFC yet or not, but based on the posts above they are going to be soon if not already. The real news is that this is a fraternity that was on campus and has come back. I agree with the post above that said UT can use some new fraternities, and good luck to them. In regards to the "tier" system, I wouldn't think a fraternity that is in start-up phase is thinking about that. As long as you enjoy the brotherhood you join at UT, and you are able to give back to your community in some way, your fraternity experience will be a good one.

DU rechartered on Nov.12th. Sixty five initiates. They have a house at 2305 Leon Street fully paid for , worth a little over 1.1 million, no debt.
The alumni are looking at a major fundraising campaign and , consulting with a fundraising group, without naming names they have some wealthy alumni. One just contributed substantial funds to erect a new building on the UT campus another's family donated funds to erect a major arts facility in Dallas Could get interesting.
