Phi delt has lost their chapter house, and their wet house. That is a fact. They are in the fundraising stage for a new house. That is a rumor. However, it will be 3-4 years AT LEAST, before they have a new house that can be habited, if it does happen at all. Rushees, choose carefully, because you will likely not have a house to enjoy after pledgeship if u pick phi delt. That is a fact. Phi delt is trying to make the jump to ATO/Pike. They have been trying to group themselves with us, and it's getting annoying. Literally,if someone posts asking about "mid tier" fraternities, you tag your name to the very end of it. Every single post. You don't have any property. You tricked your fall 16 pc, and you will fall down the ranks. Goodbye.
