spring rush

Can someone suggest any frats to look into for spring rush that arent too expensive (under 3,000 in dues a semester), have good brotherhood, and dont have a crazy pledge process? I realize these requirements are pretty hard to meet so any help would be good. Thanks

pike ato phi delt pi kapp should all be under 6k a year, phi psi is around 6k per year. If you want a really cheap option check out lambda chi or beta but they dont have houses or pledgeships
