some good mid tier frats for spring rush

I'm looking for actual brotherhood, and not too crazy parties. Im not really concerned about which sororities they mix with, since I find most UT girls attractive lol.
So far I have narrowed it down to DTD PhiDelt ATO and Pike
I would appreciate super honest opinions about the above listed frats!

SigEp knows that the concept of pledging is counterproductive to a brother's experience because it limits his abilities to participate or contribute to the chapter from day one. Restricting the rights of our brothers hinders growth and ultimately doesn't challenge them to reach their full potential.

I feel like all the mid tier frats you listed have great guys. Since you're looking for brotherhood, I think it'll come down to fit. Every frat has its pros and cons, and you'll have to compromise with any decision you make. I've heard lambda chi has a good brotherhood but they're lower tier... Again, compromise.

Actually I rushed pikapp this fall, and I met some of the guys who are in ,y major. they all seemed super chill, but wow there house is weird.
I heard that there is a house that is being built and wasnt sure if it was pikapp or pike

They're weird. There's a reason they've only gotten 15 pledges each of the last two years even though they're building that house

Delt is by far the best fraternity you listed. They're the only big fraternity at UT that does spring rush. If you can get a bid from them I'd go there, just know their pledgeship isn't easy. If not I'd recommend Phi Psi. That new house is sick and with that they're probably gonna be way better than ATO, Pike, Phi Delt, etc.

Phi Psi has an easy pledgeship. I'd disregard that post saying "phi psi had no brotherhood." Probably someone in ATO or Pike. Again my advice is if you get on Delt's rush list and get a bid then pledge there. If not I'd wait for fall rush if you think you can get a bid from a good fraternity or go Phi Psi, they're the only mid tier I'd consider worth joining because if that new house
