The Best according to campus chatter and wiki answers:

Fiji, KA, SAE, ATO, PiKA, & SigEp are the best fraternities.

PiPhi, TriDelt, XO, AXO, Theta, Zeta, Kappa & DG are the sororities the frats (good frats) mix with.

Ato and pike? Lol no.. Add ksig Sigchi and zbt. And Fiji and SAE are better than Sig ep and KA

The true good fraternities stay at the top. Sig Ep never quite cut it.

fraternities:
SAE FIJI-money and connections
SigEp- took more upper class dallas and houston boys this year
KappaSig, SigChi
KA

ZBT is on their own level.. same as AEPhi

Sororities:
PKT- money, connections and if you went to camp is all that matters..lots of legacies.. chooses PC way before rush starts
Chi O, Zeta- both swept this year, had great rush, both got a lot of cheerleaders and pom types, cool fun, girls
TriDelta- would be on the same line as ChiO and Zeta but didn't have the best rush this year
AXO and DG- cute, smart girls, more small town girls but also have been taking some from big 6.. doing well but still not top
APhi- usually has done quite well but this years PC is questionable.. still some cute girls but bad reputation going around campus
