dues for fraternities

I was looking at different websites about fraternity dues and I saw various numbers. Can you give me an approximate of dues for top/middle fraternities.

Clearly you're not going to be an SAE or a FIJI or you wouldn't be asking, the rest of the "top" tier houses (sig ep ksig ka delt sig chi) cost around 4-6k a yr. for middle (pike, ato etc) around 3-4k. Pledgeship semester will be more expensive

For the Top 8 houses or so it's more like $5-9K a year

SigEp has some of the highest dues, but they're also the only ones with an in-house hair stylist.
