by: CuriousSo I want to know if things like camp you went to or living in Hardin House matter in terms of where girls pledge because of people you know or because of the "prestige" associated with attending those camps or living in Hardin. In other words, is a PNM more desirable because she went to Mystic or Waldemar or lives in Hardin? Do chapters like Chi o, zeta, and Tri Delt try to steal those girls from PKT or really don't care? Assuming rushee is cute etc.

those girls have typically gone pkt but it's not automatic now. Some of the mid tiers are getting them. but sure, hardin, waldemar, etc...it's all good. but pkt is taking calloway and ft bend public high school girls, too. then you have aphi taking them, too. it's more mixed up then it used to be.
