I am a freshman who pledged a "big 6" sorority at my current school and i'm heavily considering transferring to ut. Should I initiate and transfer into the house or try rushing again as a sophomore? I've heard rush for sophs can be tough so if i can transfer in to a good house that would be ideal

Rush is easier as a sophomore cause of sophomore quota

well, if your a Bama Theta, they will send you to auto alum status for sure.

(UT's big 6 frequently does not translate to "top tier" at other schools).

If you're anything but theta then try to affiliate with the UT chapter. kappa pi phi chi o tri delt and zeta are all upper-mid/top at Bama so you shouldn't have any trouble.
