What do sororities do to keep up return rates?

Return rates are the percent of PNM's who accept when asked back to the next round during rush. Is that what you meant to ask about? If so, high return rates are related to being sought-after top chapters and doing a great job of making pnms- especially top PNM's- feel super loved during rush.
