delta sig and theta chi

Delta Sig just put half a million dollars into renovations and Theta Chi is getting a new house next year as well. For low tier frats will these new houses help them move up at all with the right pledge class/leadership or are they still going to be irrelevant?

delta sig probably won't because theyre not getting any more space, idk what theta chis plans are

Always going to be irrelevant. If you ask 100 people in greek life, I bet 90 out of 100 wont know either one of those chapters or a single member.
