I've heard mixed opinions about Phi Psi. Will it be a good frat with 40-50 pledge class now that they are getting a new house?

I don't know if their current pledge class will be large, I highly doubt it. But I could see them increase numbers gradually with their new house if they bid well. Only time will tell.

If they actually get their house by next semester, I think they have room to improve big time. The question is whether they'll get the house any time soon. Lol
