snap bids

If someone were to suicide (pref only one sorority) but then not get a bid from that one, could the other houses that she originally cut give her a snap bid?

Suiciding is bid suicide. In order to be eligible for a snap bid, a PNM must "maximize her opportunities"...and sign a FULL bid card. Suiciding (or single intention preffing) is not that. Putting one house on your pref card, and not getting it, nope. Not eligible for a snap bid.

No that's not true. You can still receive a snap bid if you SIP, according to the MOI Green Book. You are only ineligible to be a quota addition if you SIP.

Yes, this is correct- ineligible for QA but eligible for snap or COB.

In order for the PNM to be offered a snap, the second house would have to not make quota- and the house would need to still be interested in the PNM as it would be quite clear at that point that the PNM did not list the house on her pref card.
