rec letters

I decided super late I wanted to rush and so I don't have any letters of Rec. Do i have any chance?

I would not rush at all. You are going to get cut by almost every house after the first day.

Wait until sophomore year. Many houses have a "once cut, always cut" rule so you'll just be ruining your chances of ever going Greek if you attempt to rush without recs.

Agree with above. Use this coming year to get to know as many sorority members as possible by getting involved in a variety of activities and organizations and focus on getting as high of a GPA as possible (obviously important anyway but the higher it is the more desirable you'll be as a sophomore.) Then in early spring start on getting letters of support and recs to all the houses.
