Clearly made by some Phi Delt who is trying to put themselves in the middle tier. Sorry Phi Delt, you are bottom tier, anyone who has ever been to one of your mixers/parties knows that.

Phi Psi and phi Delt are not even close to middle. They have extremely small pledge classes and have more mixers with spirit groups than sororities

They're definitely a notch lower than pike and ato but I'm pretty sure they both mix with almost exclusively sororities at least in the fall. Phi Delt has cooler guys than phi psi and phi psi has more money. Phi Delt needs more money and a better house, and phi psi needs cooler guys to match their new house to be on the same level as ato and pike. That's the honest truth
