ut spring rush

When the Balanced Man Program is properly executed it perfectly aligns with year-round recruitment. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say your chapter recruits a member in March. The members in the Sigma challenge have completed three of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings that semester. Have the new member join the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining five meetings. Then he can attend the first three meetings the next semester.

Sorry but Fiji's pledge class fills up pretty quickly and their rush is over. If you're going to go for a fraternity like that then you'll need to wait a year. Same with SAE. They don't spring rush. But you're not alone, a few OOS kids pledge as sophomores in those chapters.

I would say delt, ato, and pike were the only fraternities worth mentioning that spring rush
