think some of you need a reality check

Being apart of Greek life is fun. Doesnt matter your fraternity or sorority, their ranking, any of that. You'll meet the guys/girls that become your best friends for the rest of your life. All fraternities mix with all sororities. Stop coming on greek rank asking for assurance because all you'll get is biased opinion. Remember, you're only in college for four years. Branch out, go where you fit best, and don't be an uppity POS who thinks they're too good for a chapter.

True except all sororities definitely do not mix with all fraternities. Don't even try and trick the pnms

you must be greekchat lower tier member trying to pretend like your bototm chapter experience would be the same....there are lots of common factors but all frats do not mix w/ all sororitys. Also, the higher ranked the chapter, the less tacky the actives are.

OP's right. I'm in a "bottom tier" chapter that the average GR poster would tell you isn't even worth joining. But I've made great friends, gone to awesome parties, met and hooked up with hot girls, and had a blast. YMMV for sure depending where you end up but ultimately the experience is what you make of it.
