They are smaller chapters, which means they may not have as much money, but they are all growing. Every chapter regardless of money is going to have a few weirdos and some cool guys. But when you get to school you're going to waste a lot of people's time and your own if you go around caring about rank really. Just have fun.

because they arent relevant on campus: no money, no parties, no girls, small chapters half and 1/4th the size of the major ones. Most of them dont have a house or have a shack with greek letters on it. Basically they just dont really matter or have any pull in the greek community

The ones you listed are decent and phi psi and phi delt are close to Pike/ato. They're all 100+ guys with cowboys/spurs. Pikapp has a chance to improve with the phi psi house. Lambda chi has no house and is socially irrelevant. after those there's like 15 small ones that are 30-60 guys that nobody knows about

Because they aernt as big, not as much money and don't have events the top 8 fraternities/sororities attend or want to attend. No signature parties that everyone shows up to and they don't really mix much with the top 8 sororities. They aernt in the upper middle or top cliques so the guys and girls generally don't pay much attention to them because they don't know them, they're like their own group. They have girls in that group too, they're just seperate from bigger greek life
