Which house is nicer? I've heard both have multi million dollar houses

OU Beta by far. The houses almost don't compare, OU Beta has one of the nicest houses in the country.

Texas Beta's house should be pretty good once its done, but thats mostly due to their old rich alumni who are raising big money.

Both of these chapters are the same tier, but Austin is just a little more land locked so the Fiji house isn't as bih

Texas Beta and OU Beta are not at the same level. It will take years before Texas Beta can get to that level.

the ou beta chapter has a is nicer and bigger house and is just as exclusive but UT fiji is in AUSTIN TX, not norman oklahoma. and UT is just better than ou so yeah

I think they would be top dog at UT as well, especially with their size and house, they surpass every fraternity at UT.
