which houses are best

UT top is Fiji, sae, sig ep, kappa sig

OU is beta, FIji, sig ep, lambda

I'm looking to attend either school and rush. I know ut is a better school but how does OU beta and OU Fiji have nicer houses than anything at UT?????

OU beta just have really rich alumni and have expensive member dues because there's no way to afford 9 million dollar house if they didn't

Wait till nationals' clamp down is complete and it is a dry house in Spring 2017. HQ recently gutted OU SigEp with a membership review.

OU sucks but obviously their greek life is good and their top houses like Beta, Fiji and maybe even lambda chi would be top houses at UT despite what anyone say or thinks. Lets be real though UT is way bigger than OU and a better school.

yeah I've heard of the OU fiji and beta house at OU. their so nice. Everyone talks about them. but UT has more fraternities

you are considering OU when you got into UT?? Or you haven't even applied yet and are just talking. cuz nobody I know would ever go to OU if they got into UT. That's #1.

#2, land is cheap in Norman; at Texas, we are land locked. You can only knock down a historic big, old house and start over, which is not as viable an option as buying cheap land in Norman and just building from scratch.

personally, I've got brothers from Highland Park in Dallas; they take pix of themselves all in row right out of high school with their appropriate college shirts on....I kinda laugh at the guys wearing the TTech, OU and A&M shirts...you know they applied to UT and couldn't get in.

Hey mr. Keller Williams.com, it's irrelevant because the cost of beta and Fiji is still more. Nobodies arguing why their houses are bigger. We're arguing that they cost more. No matter how you break it down. 9 mil> 6mil UT Fiji
