phi psi and new house

What is the consensus on Phi Psi? With the new house is it worth it to join in the fall as an incoming Freshman or should I look at other houses instead?

They will improve but it will be slow. They will. Cat catch ATO and Pike. In 3-4 years.

This isn't the year to do it. They have weird dudes and you would not see the rewards of the house

The new house will boost them. The weird guys are gone (seniors), they have amazing alumni relations (just look at the house), and I think rush is being more selective than last year? Only you could tell if you got a bid. Go with your gut and heart. You'll be with a fraternity for the rest of your UT years. Good luck!
