fiji vs sigep

what exactly puts fiji above sigep in the "rankings" apart from the fact that fiji has a nicer house?

Also I'm not going to get a bid from either of those fraternities, but I'm just curious as to why people rank fiji higher than sig ep. If I'm not mistaken sig ep throws better parties and pulls hotter girls.

SigEp has better hair and teeth, and doesn't demean new members with a pledge period and hazing.

Fiji has a stronger history. I believe they were the second fraternity at UT behind phi delt and have been strong the majority of the time since then. Sig ep has only become top more recently as houses like ato, phi delt, and others which used to be very strong were kicked off

also, sig ep is way less selective. a lot more people have a chance at them that would not have a chance with fiji or sae.

quality of sorority girls that will hang out with fiji is much higher

Didn't mention the money but a few guys told me to bring a cucumber to the next rush event. Felt uncomfortable and didn't go back.

FIJI is more a traditional frat. Also wealthier, more establishment, preppy. SigEp isn't bad, just more liberal, hill country + random California kids.

Sig Eps try really hard to be in the same realm as Fiji and it comes off terribly. They just try too hard
