pi kapp vs phi delt

Those two are way different tiers than these two. Delt is way ahead of both at upper middle and beta is a colony

You're not wrong, but the type of guys in Beta and Delt are very similar. They are recruiting the same guys.

The guys in beta have nothing in common with delt, sigma chi, ka, pike, ato, phi psi, or phi delt. Beta literally lets anyone in. They don't have parties. They don't have a house. They don't have a pledgeship. No one who would fit into a middle tier fraternity would want to 'pledge' (do they have pledges???) beta. Keep trying though beta. Maybe in 20 years y'all will be with phi psi and phi delt.

Pi kappa phi is not as well known nationally and locally as someone mentioned earlier. I think pi kapa phi was started at ut in the 1980s? The phi delta theta chapter was the first fraternity at UT and had a good reputation up until the 1990s. The currrent pi kappa phi house and property is better than phi delta theta's.

definitely phi delt at the moment. Pi kapp still is fairly irrelevant (some people i know had never heard of them til they did roundup with phi psi. New house might help some. I think theyve had similar sized pledge classes recently but pi kapp has more weird guys
