definitely would push not rushing them as they won't be relevant by the time you graduate

Know a few of them, seem to be better guys than a lot of the bottom fraternities. that being said, they just chartered so nationals are very involved which means no real pledgeship process or parties. Potential to get to middle in 5-10 years if they can get a good house soon. If you want to help grow a fraternity, this could be a good choice, but if you want the stereotypical "frat life" right away stay away

Personally, my sorority sisters and I love Beta. Are they top tier, no. But they have some of the best guys around and not the typical frat stars. People actually seem to respect these guys. My sisters and I enjoy hanging out with them a lot more than some of the top tier houses.

No we don't. No one likes Betas. They are irrelevant.

They are currentlt bottom tier because they just rebooted so it is going to take time to climb the social and relevance ladder. One thing they have going for them is they are doing alright for recruitment and if they keep it up the quality of the guys will slowly get better. More importantly they have alumni with deep pockets willing to shell out money. Their alumni are already on the path to raising $2 million for a capital campaign. Only time will tell whether they sink or swim. If they do it right and follow sigma chi's success they can make progress very quickly.
