frat dues?

Anyone know the dues for frats?I know the UT website has a list of the frat dues but I'm not sure which are per semester and which are per year.

Top ones are probably gonna be like 6-8k+ per year once you include all extra stuff, mid tiers 4-6k, smaller ones can be like 1.5-3k

Upper mids are around 5.5-6k a year, top top is 8-10k a year. Not including the extra money needed for certain social events, formals, ou weekend, etc
