by: E.T.What GPA is good enough for sororities in the mid tier? Is a 3.0 or something like a 3.3 too low for groups like KD, DG, or Adpi?

All three you mentioned (adpi, dg, kd) have pretty high GPA standards and are known for recruiting girls in honors majors or in more technical ones, though every house probably has girls in almost every major. GPA is certainly important but most houses look at more than just your GPA, unless it is really bad.

So if it's not horrible the middle tier or lower tiers will still look at you? Bc I heard they cut off GPA the first couple of days

I think that the mid tier groups will still look at you as a whole person before automatically cutting you. There are other factors besides GPA

I'm not sure if they will if they cut you based on GPA using it as their first impression of you
