you have to hang out with the guys a lot, be popular among them and get enough support for them to nominate you for sweetheart; obviously they want fun-loving girls that will also add to their prestige AND no doubt they want babes)....same deal as being a sweetheart for the top and mid tier frats.

What do they do exactly? Hopefully their main job isn't spreading their legs. Although, these are sorority girls, so most of them do that anyway.

that is so rude and false.
Their job is to make the Cowboys and Spurs look good by being beautiful, smart, popular and above sleaziness. The girls just picked this week fit that.

These girls who are picked are apparently smart, popular, beautiful and above sleaziness. Yet, they willingly agreed to be superficial arm candy for some dudes? Their only responsibility is to look pretty and make the Cowboys look good?

I thought these girls are ABOVE being superficial and sleazy?

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if these chicks had to bang one or all of the Cowboys in order to be nominated. Well, given they are sorority girls, it's highly plausible that's what happened.
