There's an overlap between the two. Quite a few all-female groups (that try to emulate sororities) are filed as "service organizations" with DOS, but they mostly act like a sorority and do philanthropy.
From their social media it looks like they're a newer group to the already overly saturated UT spirit group scene tbh.
