Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.4 This is a great house and has been for decades but it does have its issues. Lots of girls are way too interested in the wrong things. Used to be better and needs to up their game and bring in better pledges.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.0 Without a doubt a top house but they’re not really involved on campus much. Pretty exclusive for other wealthy frats/sororities which is why many people can hate or call them arrogant.

The Thetas are similar in independence and attitude to PiPhi. Theta vacationed in Cabo without social distancing. GASP! Vicious haters, ahem, Krappa, are jealous and live on GR to trash better sororities. Pi Phi has an extremely strong sisterhood since they handpick their members ahead of recruitment. They enthusiastically greeted their new pledge class and were pilloried. They couldn’t care less about some random dude dissing them. The main complaint is that they drop so many PNMs immediately.

Your comments would have been relevant about 20+ years ago. PiPhi as a whole is a bit outdated and has been struggling to regain its prominence ever since. Has been forced to become very diverse and colorful (which is a good thing). You still have maybe 25% of the above insular element and then it turns very random. You should embrace the areas that you now pull from (suburbs, oos) and realize that UT is a different place now due to the admissions policies and that the pool of girls from the old traditional bastions going through is more limited. You will continue to struggle to compete if not.
