Because they are exactly that: Top in looks; top in social status; top in breeding; top in accomplishments; top in the Greek world! That has always been true(espceially at UT;) and it will not change. It's just the order of things. They have what it takes and what everybody else wants: Beauty, Brains, $$$ and Class. HA you're clearly at the bottom. Dead giveaway when you try and say the top three houses are bottom tier.....I'm sorry, you may not like it, but Pi Phi is and always will be number one, followed directly by kappa and theta whether you like it or not.
